Create php.ini file and put in the value you want to change, eg.:
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
For Wordpress, make sure to put in your public_html and wp-admin folder.
For other, please put in folders where you need to run scripts.
